Royal Enfield 350 Rival : The Kia Syros is the modern marvel. This is seen in the front fascia which is complemented by vertically-positioned headlamps and daytime running lights (DRLs) along with a massive bumper. It gets a higher bonnet to further the SUV’s sporty look. These design cues are similar to what is offered on the brand’s full-size electric SUV, the EV9.

The side profile of the vehicle demonstrates a tall, upright shape, with black C-pillar generating the floating roof effect. The brand has also introduced new alloy wheels. At the rear, the design is a carbon copy of the front, with L-shaped LED tail lights mounted rather high up at the rear.

The design is accentuated by color options such as Intense Red, Frost Blue, Pewter Olive, Aurora Black Pearl, Gravity Grey, Imperial Blue, Glacier White Pearl and Sparking Silver. It measures 3,995 mm in length, 1,800 mm in width and 1,665 mm in height. It is 2,550 mm wide between wheels. Bootspace of the SUV is 465 litres.

The Syros’ cabin gets an all-new layout with a 30-inch panoramic screen in the centre. You can see elements such as the infotainment system and the digital instrument cluster positioned behind the all-new two-spoke steering wheel with an offset logo here. Designed to seat five, the SUV also aims to take the upmarket feel up a notch, by offering a panoramic sunroof for even more spaciousness.

Kia Syros will be powered by a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine which is capable of generating 118 bhp of power and 172 Nm of peak torque. It will also receive the choice of a 1.5-litre diesel engine that produces 113 hp of power and 250 Nm of peak torque. The transmission choices consist of a 6-speed MT, a 7-speed DCT, and a 6-speed torque converter AT.
