Wait These 6 Upcoming Maruti Cars Might Change Your Mind : Maruti Fronx Hybrid — The Maruti Fronx finds itself amidst a mid-life update, and we expect to see the 2025 Maruti Fronx Hybrid in the coming months. According to media reports, it will be Maruti’s first model with a strong hybrid system, expected to come with the 1.2L, 3-cylinder Z12E petrol engine and with an expected mileage of 30-35 km/l. Skoda Slavia / VW Virtus: Updates for the Skoda Slavia and VW Virtus are also expected around 2024-25, which could include new hybrid powertrains. Just like the new Fronx, it will most probably get the same 1.2L Z-Series petrol engine with class-leading fuel efficiency. A complete redesign along with new features are expected.
Maruti Compact Electric MPV (YMC): Maruti is reportedly working on a compact electric MPV based on the e-Heartect platform. Scheduled to debut around the 2026 festive season, it will be the firm’s first electric MPV for the country. No further details of the vehicle is available currently
