The new 250 Adventure follows the 390 Adventure X’s design formula with alloy wheels and road biased tyres. The aggressive-looking front end of the new model features a vertically stacked bi-LED projector headlamp paired with a sharp LED drip-light, a fender styled after a beak and a tall windscreen.

Other highlights are a floating tail section, split seats, upswept exhaust, engine sump guard and handguards. A 5-inch TFT instrument cluster is provided that has Bluetooth connectivity and supports turn-by-turn navigation, call & SMS alerts and control of music.Most significant upgrades involve off-road ABS, ride-by-wire throttle, and a bi-directional quickshifter. It also features a USB-C charging port.

2025 KTM 250 Adventure: Chassis And Engine

The car has received multiple mechanical updates. The updated 390 range’s aluminum sub-frame is replaced by a new two-piece steel trellis frame. Suspension duties are handled by 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels.For improved ride quality, the suspension travel is now up to

200mm at the front and 205mm at the rear. It employs a 320mm front disc as well as a 240mm rear disc, both with dual-channel ABS. The fuel tank capacity has been lowered slightly as well to 14 litres.A new airbox feeds a 249cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder LC4c engine powering the bike. It still makes 30 bhp and 25 Nm of peak torque and is mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slip and assist clutch.
